For Trust and Escrow Funds

An Interest On Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) is for attorneys that elect to place trust or escrow funds in an interest-bearing account and have the interest set aside and sent to the tax-exempt foundation of the State Bar Foundation.

First Bank and Trust is certified by the Louisiana Bar Foundation to offer IOLTAs.
